Version 2026-09-25. This notice covers what you type into the sign-up form and what happens to it until your workspace exists. Once it does, the workspace's own privacy terms — which you accept when you choose your password — cover what you keep in it.
Who holds your data
Leasy, the operator of leasy.cloud, is the personal information controller for the sign-up form. Write to hello@leasy.cloud about anything in this notice.
What we collect, and why
- Your business's name, your name, your work email and, if you give it, your phone — to build your workspace, make you its Administrator, and write to you about it.
- Your country — to bill your workspace in the right currency.
- What you run, how many units and what you'd like — to set the workspace up and to follow up with you.
- The network address and browser your request came from — to stop abuse of the form (rate limits and a check that you are a person, run by Cloudflare Turnstile).
The legal basis is your consent (the tick on the form) and the steps needed to set up the service you asked for. We do not sell your data and we put no advertising trackers on these pages.
How long we keep it
A request that is never verified is deleted 30 days after it was made. Once your workspace is built, your details are kept for as long as the workspace is yours, and then as long as the law requires for billing records.
Who else sees it
Our mail provider, to deliver the link and the messages that follow; Cloudflare, which carries the site and runs the person check. Each handles it only to provide that service to us.
Your rights
You may ask to be told what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to its use, and to receive a copy — under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR. Write to hello@leasy.cloud. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines or to your own data protection authority.
